Return Policy

At Techniekleren V.O.F. we strive to satisfy both private and business customers with our products and service. This return policy describes the rights and obligations of both groups of customers.

As a private customer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with European legislation.

Conditions:

• The withdrawal period starts on the day you, or a third party designated by you, receive the product.
• The product must be unused and in its original condition.
• See Article 4: Return Procedure for further instructions.

For business customers (B2B), different rules apply than for consumers:

• The right of withdrawal does not apply to business transactions.
• Returns are only accepted if agreed in writing with Techniekleren.
• Business customers must contact us within 7 days of receipt via retour@techniekleren.nl.

Follow the steps below to return a product:

• Contact us at retour@techniekleren.nl, stating your order number and the product.
• We will send you a return form and instructions.
• Pack the product in its original packaging and include the completed return form.
• Send the package to the return address provided.

Please note: Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or was delivered incorrectly.

After receiving your return, we inspect the product:

• Private customers receive a refund within 14 days of approval.
• For business customers, refunds or exchanges are carried out in accordance with the written agreement.

The following products cannot be returned:

• Custom-made or personalised products.
• Products that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons (such as opened kits).
• Digital downloads or software licences.
