Terms and Conditions

In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:

• Techniekleren: The general partnership (V.O.F.), established in the Netherlands, that offers building kits and related services.
• Customer: The person or organisation that purchases products or services from Techniekleren.
• Private customer: A natural person who is not acting in the course of a profession or business.
• Business customer: A legal entity or natural person acting in the course of a profession or business.
• Agreement: The agreement between Techniekleren and the customer.

These terms and conditions apply to all offers, agreements and deliveries of Techniekleren, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Deviations from these terms and conditions are only valid if agreed in writing.
• If any provision of these terms and conditions proves to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.

Techniekleren's offer is without obligation and may be revoked at any time.

• The agreement is concluded as soon as Techniekleren has confirmed the customer's order in writing or by email.
• The customer is obliged to provide correct and complete information required for the performance of the agreement.

• All prices listed on the Techniekleren website include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
• Payment must be made using the payment methods indicated on the website.
• If the customer does not pay on time, Techniekleren is entitled to suspend delivery until payment has been made.

• Techniekleren strives to deliver the products within the indicated delivery time.
• The stated delivery times are indicative and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
• If delivery is not possible, the customer will be informed in good time.

• Techniekleren is not liable for damage caused by incorrect use of the delivered products.
• Techniekleren's liability is in all cases limited to the invoice amount of the delivery concerned.
• In the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters or pandemics, Techniekleren is not responsible for delays or damage.

Private customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, as described in our return policy.

• The customer is responsible for the costs of the return shipment.
• The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
